Services
An Agentic Audit is a comprehensive review of your AI agent systems — architecture, prompt chains, tool integrations, error handling, and deployment strategy. You get a written report with specific, actionable recommendations to improve reliability, reduce costs, and prepare for scale.
Teams or solo developers who have built AI agent prototypes and need expert eyes before going to production. If you're spending more than expected on API calls, hitting reliability issues, or unsure about your architecture decisions, the audit will save you weeks of debugging.
It's a 2-hour deep dive where we screen share and work through your specific challenges. I review your code, suggest architectural improvements, and we build solutions together in real-time. You leave with a clear action plan and follow-up resources.
Single sessions are absolutely fine. Many clients start with one session to solve a specific problem and come back when they hit the next challenge. No commitments or packages required.
Before the workshop, I interview your tech lead to understand your stack, team skill levels, and business goals. The workshop content, exercises, and examples are then built around your actual use cases — not generic demos.
Process
You'll get a 15-minute video call where we discuss your current challenges and goals. I'll give you honest feedback on whether my services are the right fit. No sales pressure — if I'm not the right person to help, I'll point you to someone who is.
The audit itself takes 3-4 hours of focused review. You'll receive the written report within 5 business days of our kickoff call. The entire process from booking to final report is typically 2 weeks.
Yes, I work with teams globally. I've served clients across 4 continents. All sessions are conducted over video call, so timezone flexibility is built in. I typically accommodate UTC-8 to UTC+5:30.
Many audit clients transition to periodic 1:1 coaching sessions to implement recommendations. We can set up a cadence that works for your team — weekly, biweekly, or as-needed.
While I don't do recruitment directly, the Team Workshop often includes a segment on what to look for when hiring AI engineers. I can also review your job descriptions and technical interview process as part of a coaching engagement.
